These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://fbuzzshop.in/
and any purchase of products from FIRST BUZZ TECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By visiting or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

“User / You / Customer” refers to any person accessing the Website, placing an order, or receiving products from us.
“Products” refers to the physical goods offered for sale on the Website.
“Order” means your request to purchase one or more Products via the Website.
2. Accepting the Terms & Services
By using the Website or placing an Order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Use of the Website and purchase of Products constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy (as applicable), and any other policies posted on the site.
3. Product Information, Pricing & Availability
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, sizes, colours and measurements are accurate.
However, actual product appearance (colour, shade) may vary slightly due to screen/display settings.
Prices displayed on the Website are in INR and include applicable taxes (GST or similar).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.
In case of an obvious pricing error (for example, due to a typographical mistake), we may cancel the Order even after confirmation.
\If payment was received, the amount will be refunded.
Product availability is subject to stock. If an item becomes unavailable after placing an order,
we will inform you and either issue a refund or allow you to select an alternative product.
4. Payment & Order Processing
We accept payment through the methods displayed on the Website (cards, net-banking, UPI, etc.).
We may conduct pre-authorisation checks before dispatch. Products will not be shipped until payment is successfully confirmed.
For payment gateways or third-party payment platforms, the Company is not responsible for failures due to network issues,
technical problems, or errors originating from payment service providers.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout;
however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier or logistical issues.
Once the product is dispatched and handed over to the courier/logistics partner, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
The Company is not responsible for loss or damage during transit after dispatch.
In case of delivery delays, we will notify you via email or SMS. However, the Company shall not be liable for inconvenience,
mental distress, or losses caused due to delayed delivery.
6. Return, Refund & Cancellation (Reference)
Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled or modified (address, size, product, etc.) by contacting us using the details provided below.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Returns and refunds will be governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Returned products must comply with the Return & Refund Policy requirements, including being unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, trademarks, and software — is owned or licensed by FIRST BUZZ TECH PRIVATE LIMITED.
